If your doctor has put your medication on a repeat prescription you will be issued with a computerised slip which you will need to hand in or post to the surgery allowing 48 hours for processing each time you require medication.

Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription directly through this site. Click on the link above and complete the simple registration form.

If you wish us to post your prescription to you please enclose a stamped, addressed envelope. If you would like to collect your prescription directly from Lloyds pharmacy in Emmer Green or Boots the Chemist in Caversham please ask at reception for details.

Please note: we require 48 hours’ notice for repeat prescriptions during office hours.
