Congratulations on your pregnancy. Royal Berkshire Hospital Maternity Services looks forward to helping and supporting you over the next few months as you prepare for the birth of your baby.

The first step in your journey is for you to book an appointment with your Community Midwife by calling the Maternity Appointments Line on: 0118 322 8964 / Option 1 (lines open Monday-Friday, 08:00 – 18:00). This will take you through to a dedicated appointment clerk who will book your appointment for you.

Once contact has been made with them they will oversee your ongoing care / appointments and help provide advice on any forms that need to be completed like the Mat B1 form during the maternity period.
