After over 20 years at Emmer Green Surgery, Dr Caroline Green will be leaving the practice at the end of October.
Dr Green has relocated to Sussex where she will continue practising.
Over the years, Dr Green has cared for many of our patients and has been a much-valued colleague and friend to the team. We know many of you will be sorry to see her go.
We would like to thank Dr Green for her dedication to the practice and our patients and wish her every happiness in this next chapter.
