Our admin team take care of all registrations and deductions. They are responsible for managing patients records and SAR requests.

Care Coordinators

Care Coordinators maintain our condition caseloads, making sure you are invited for reviews, treatments and vaccinations in a timely manor. They support patients to receive the best care for their requirements, helping make sure patients are informed about their health needs.

Secretaries

The secretaries manage all patient referrals via the E-Referral system, as well as any additional GP work such as medical forms, private referrals and patient letters. Additional GP work is chargeable.
