Extended Hours
Emmer Green Surgery offers our patients additional appointments in the evenings and weekends. These appointments can be telephone calls or face to face up until 8pm Monday to Friday. We also work out of the surgery on a Saturday morning, please check when you make your appointment as we do fluctuate this based on need.
Surgery Closures For Training
Approximately six times a year the surgery will be closed for an afternoon to allow time for training for the practice staff. If you need medical assistance during these times please contact the surgery on the usual number and listen to the recorded message, it may be helpful to have a pen and piece of paper ready for when you do this.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
